Thank you for visiting Lindyello. Your use of our website, free resources, purchase of digital products, booking of services or donations constitutes acceptance of the terms stated in this Refund and Non-Return Policy.

1. Internet Resources (free)
All tools, calculators and utilities on Lindyello are web based and 100% free to use. They are free and you do not have to pay for subscription or registration costs.

2. Contributions (Non-Refundable)
“We welcome voluntary contributions from individuals and organisations who wish to support our ongoing work to develop and maintain free tools and information.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. Any contributions and donations to Lindyello are completely optional, final and non-refundable.

Once a donation transaction is completed it is final. There will be no refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances.

3. Digital Products (non-refundable / refundable) Digital products: Website templates, downloadable files, scripts, source codes, software tools.

FINAL SALE: All sales of digital products are final. Digital Products are electronic and intangible, so you’ll have instant access to source files or download links following purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any digital products as you cannot return or withdraw such items after downloading.

Technical issue with downloaded file (corrupted file download, dead link, etc.) Contact us within 7 days from purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you access your purchased goods or provide you with a replacement link.

4. Bookings & Service - IT-Services
We provide expert IT services, unique technical advice, web design and reservations for client projects.

Work Performed: All costs for services performed, milestone deliverables, hourly work or consultations delivered are completely non-refundable.

Deposits & Retainers: All deposits and payments for time set aside, software development resources or project slots are non-refundable once work or scheduled consultation set-up has begun.

Cancellations Should you wish to cancel a service appointment, please advise us as soon as possible, prior to any work or resource allocation commencing. We reserve the right to consider refunds or credits for work not yet undertaken.

5. Payment disputes and charge backs
By purchasing a product, hiring a service or giving on Lindyello you accept and agree to this Refund & Non-Return Policy. Any chargebacks or payment challenges initiated without first contacting our support staff for resolution of the issue will be contested with all evidence, logs and purchase receipts available.
