By accessing Lindyello, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Lindyello provides professional services including Website Building, App Development, Ghostwriting, and Content Writing. All project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices listed on our Pricing page are subject to change. For custom projects (App Dev/Agency sites), a deposit is required before work begins. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the custom code and content created for clients remain the property of the client upon final payment. However, the Lindyello brand, logo, and website structure are the intellectual property of Lindyello Ltd.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lindyello is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or third-party advertisements hosted on the site.
